大螺距连续螺旋折流板换热器制造工艺研究

针对大螺距连续螺旋折流板螺旋升角大、成型困难的问题，分析了连续螺旋板成型的基本原理，提出了螺旋导向+热成型+周向力的成型方案，设计制造了连续螺旋折流板压制成型模具，压制过程中通过模具转动得到了一个完整周期的连续螺旋折流板；分析了大螺距连续螺旋折流板钻孔加工的难点，提出了采用数控加工中心铣削加工的方案。通过合理的刀具选择和装夹设计加工出了连续螺旋折流板，解决了大螺距螺旋面管孔加工问题，为大螺距连续螺旋折流板的成型及加工提供了借鉴。     

中央集成式电动车桥耐久试验方法分析

结合新能源汽车飞速发展的趋势,阐述并分析了几种常见结构的电动车桥,根据中央集成式电动车桥的特有结构,提出2种耐久试验台架方案及试验方法并进行分析,为中央集成式电动车桥的耐久试验提供了参考。     

烟气多污染物协同处理催化陶瓷过滤管的研究进展

燃烧烟气中各污染物的排放是大气污染的最主要来源，针对烟气多污染物的治理意义重大。本文综述了国内外目前关于烟气多污染物脱除的两种技术，即传统串联脱除技术和一体化协同脱除技术。相比于传统串联脱除工艺，多污染物一体化协同脱除技术具有占地面积小、运行费用低、应用领域广的优点，是烟气多污染物治理的发展趋势。而陶瓷过滤管催化剂技术以其独有的非对称、孔径梯度变化的结构特性，成为一种极具应用前景的一体化协同脱除新技术。国内外关于陶瓷过滤管催化剂的研究主要从过滤管元件的选材和负载脱硝催化剂的工艺方法这两方面，围绕过滤管催化剂的催化活性、过滤压降及性能稳定性的进行研究，取得了一定的成果。结合当前陶瓷过滤管催化剂的研究现状，对今后烟气多污染物陶瓷过滤管催化剂技术的发展提出了建议。

大块煤破碎装置的设计与应用

岳城煤矿2135厚煤层工作面在开采实践过程中,片帮大块煤会造成带式输送机的堵塞,引发运输故障,需要停机检修。基于该问题设计了一种对大块煤进行有效破碎的装置,应用中设备操作简便,有效地解决了带式输送机机头卸载点和转载机入口的堵塞问题,为企业创造了较好的经济效益。     

Generating synthetic benchmark circuits for accelerated life testing of field programmable gate arrays using genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization

Accelerated life testing (ALT) of a field programmable gate array (FPGA) requires it to be configured with a circuit that satisfies multiple criteria. Hand-crafting such a circuit is a herculean task as many components of the criteria are orthogonal to each other demanding a complex multivariate optimization. This paper presents an evolutionary algorithm aided by particle swarm optimization methodology to generate synthetic benchmark circuits (SBC) that can be used for ALT of FPGAs. The proposed algorithm was used to generate a SBC for ALT of a commercial FPGA. The generated SBC when compared with a hand-crafted one, demonstrated to be more suitable for ALT, measured in terms of meeting the multiple criteria. The SBC generated by the proposed technique utilizes 8.37% more resources; operates at a maximum frequency which is 40% higher; and has 7.75% higher switching activity than the hand-crafted one reported in the literature. The hand-crafted circuit is very specific to the particular device of that family of FPGAs, whereas the proposed algorithm is device-independent. In addition, it took several man months to hand-craft the SBC, whereas the proposed algorithm took less than half-a-day.     

Voltage reference architectures for low-supply-voltage low-power applications

This paper presents a voltage reference generator architecture and two different realizations of it that have been fabricated within a standard 0.18 μm CMOS technology. The architecture takes the advantage of utilizing a sampled-data amplifier (SDA) to optimize the power consumption. The circuits achieve output voltages on the order of 190 mV with temperature coefficients of 43 ppm/°C and 52.5 ppm/°C over the temperature range of 0 to 120°C without any trimming with a 0.8 V single supply. The power consumptions of the circuits are less then 500 nW while occupying an area of 0.2 mm² and 0.08 mm², respectively.     

Dynamic design of sales territories

We introduce the Multiple Traveling Salesmen and Districting Problem with Multi-periods and Multi-depots. In this problem, the compactness of the subdistricts, the dissimilarity measure of districts and an equity measure of salesmen profit are considered as part of the objective function, and the salesman travel cost on each subdistrict is approximated by the Beardwood–Halton–Hammersley formula. An adaptive large neighbourhood search metaheuristic is developed for the problem. It was tested on modified Solomon and Gehring & Homberger instances. Computational results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed metaheuristic.     

大直径平底负压容器优化设计

通过对大直径平底负压容器平底板的设计计算,平底板计算厚度很厚。通过分析,提出了对平底板采取加强措施,从而减薄平底板计算厚度的方法。该容器在实际生产过程中性能可靠、稳定,对类似设备设计具有借鉴意义。     

胶东三山岛西岭金矿区NW向断裂带的确定：综合物探证据

三山岛西岭金矿区位于渤海之滨，与北部海域金矿区相互连接，形成金资源量近千吨的巨型金矿床，矿床为地下与海底开采。区域内断裂发育，分布有NE向和NW向断裂，其中NE向断裂为控矿构造，而NW向断裂多具有不同程度的导水性，对矿床安全开采影响重大。基于矿区地质条件与地球物理特征，采用高精度磁测法和音频大地电磁（AMT）法在矿区东部进行了勘查试验，根据显示的磁性异常与电性异常，在平面上解译了NW向断裂(F-1、F-2)与NE向断裂（F-3、F-4），在L1剖面上解译了4条断裂，在L2剖面上解译了3条断裂。综合判断解译信息，NW向F-1断裂在平面与剖面上都反映良好。同时，与北部海域NW向构造研究资料进行对比分析，结果显示西岭矿区F-1推断断层与北部海域B-F4断层特征一致，吻合较好，推断西岭矿区NW向F-2断裂被F-3断裂错断。研究结果说明综合物探方法在该区域可行有效，为下一步钻孔验证NW向断裂存在，判断断裂富水及导水性质，以及未来矿床开发利用提供了地球物理依据。
